SMA’s Chief Financial Officer resumes office

Pierre-Pascal Urbon, Chief Financial Officer of SMA Solar Technology AG (SMA/FWB: S92), has finished his leave of absence. At the beginning of February, Mr. Urbon had asked for leave of absence in connection with a preliminary investigation in a private matter.

The proceedings have not been brought to a close yet. SMA’s Supervisory Board and Managing Board still presume Mr. Urbon innocent and welcome his decision to resume office.

Currently, SMA is still unable to comment on the subject of the proceedings.
