Students have always been of particular importance to us. SMA itself was founded by three students from the University of Kassel and there is still a close connection to this university today. Many other connections and cooperations with other universities have developed over the years and show even more how important this group is to us.

Would you like to do something meaningful and work on projects that advance the energy transition alongside your time in the lecture hall, library or at your desk?

As a working student at SMA, you can do just that. You will support our departments from development to commercial areas. You will have the opportunity to get actively involved and take responsibility for topics. Build up practical experience and gain an insight into our working methods and organizational structures.

Disappointments are practically impossible, because with us you apply for jobs with specific areas of responsibility. You will only find vacancies that are really needed. So you know exactly what to expect from the outset. No surprises.

During your time with us, you will also be assigned a permanent contact person in the team who will be there for you at all times - whether it's for professional or personal issues.

You will also enjoy a high degree of flexibility. If you would like to invest more time in your tasks with us during your semester break, that's no problem. You can either have the additional hours worked paid out to you after consultation or reduce them again during the semester.

And if you like it, why not stay longer? Whether it's your mandatory internship, your thesis or even a subsequent permanent position. Many things are possible with us.
