Health and safety

The primary goal of our occupational health and safety strategy is to prevent serious accidents at work. With our strategic targets, we have committed ourselves to shaping working conditions in such a way that risks to life and limb of the company's employees are excluded. To this end, we create a working environment in which occupational health and safety is lived at all levels and is therefore an integral part of operational processes.

The occupational health and safety processes at our headquarters in Germany and our second production site in Poland are certified according to ISO 45001.

We view the diversity of our workforce as an asset to our company. We firmly believe that diversity fosters collaboration and plays a key role in a company’s financial success.
