Health and safety

The goal of our occupational health and safety strategy is to prevent serious workplace accidents and reduce work-related hazards. We design working conditions and operational processes in such a way that risks to the safety and health of our employees are systematically identified, assessed, and minimized through appropriate measures. We promote a work environment in which occupational health and safety and are taken into account at all levels and integrated into operational processes.

Diversity, equity & belonging

We view the diversity of our workforce as an important part of our corporate culture. Through our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) concept, we aim to foster an inclusive work environment and respectful collaboration. Key areas of focus include continuously raising employee awareness of DE&I, embedding relevant principles in our leadership culture, further developing fair processes and structures, and implementing measures to promote and retain women within the company.
