Nordborg, Denmark has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on SMA Solar Technology AG,
Niestetal, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% and reached
the 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 30, 2014 (this corresponds
to 6940000 Voting Rights).
20% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6940000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
