SMA America has expanded the availability of the Technical Services Hotline to better serve customers located in the Eastern Time zone. The new hours are 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. "The earlier start will be a big help to our installers back east", commented Bob Schmitt, Technical Services Manager, "they're working hard to expand the market in their areas and we want to serve them as best we can.
