its Voting Rights on SMA Solar Technology AG, Niestetal, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% and reached the 20% threshold of the
Voting Rights on May 30, 2014 (this corresponds to 6940000 Voting
Rights).
