On May 30, 2014, Mr Peter Drews, Deutschland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on SMA
Solar Technology AG, Niestetal, Deutschland, have fallen below the 10%
threshold of the Voting Rights on May 30, 2014 and on that day amounted to
7.644% (this corresponds to 2652336 Voting Rights).
2.882% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1000000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Drews in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
