Job description

We are currently looking for a Technical Call Agent for attending our Service Line and the Service Administration Back Office. Taking this role, the candidate will be in charge of answering the technical queries that are received through the call center and will also manage the admin tasks of the service department, such as the quote offering and the control of those incidents opened in the management system. You can bring your commitment, willingness and experience in a very international and dynamic working environment. The work center is located in the offices of SMA-Iberica in Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Service line for SMA devices that belong to the local installed base, with any technical issue. Also, technical support using remote tools
  • Second Level detailed incident analysis
  • Have a local SMA Senior Expert role for a particular group of products
  • Control and manage back office processes and tasks
  • Support Service Administration

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High communication skills targeted to customer orientation

  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Problem solving ability
  • Outstanding follow-through, time management and planning skills to deliver results
  • Can-do attitude
  • Technical Degree required on Electrical or Electronics
  • Knowledge in Industrial Communications
  • Be fluent in verbal and written English

  • Full time
  • Permanent (6 months trial period)
