Sales Operations Manager – APAC m/f

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate demand planning, pipeline management and monitor performance so sales targets are exceeded across the region
  • Assist in the development, training and rollout of new sales features within our CRM system, promoting effective use and maintenance of our CRM platform and be the key point of contact within the region for end and key users
  • Provide regional feedback to the GSOM concerning sales insights, market requirements, local developments and competitor analysis 
  • Work to remove any operational barriers that may impeded success of the sales teams
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company
  • Monitor, coordinate and control the monthly forecast process for the region
  • Optimise demand and inventory planning
  • Assist in the creation of the regional Sales budget
    Create monthly reports to sales leadership and assist with the Quarterly Business Review process

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar business course
  • Experience using platform, SAP
  • Experience in successfully working with geographically dispersed sales teams
  • Experience in dealing with Senior Management roles
  • Has at least two years of working experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
  • Have excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to use data to drive projects that will enhance sales performance
  • Strong operational execution experience and ability to meet deadlines  
  • Flexible, team Player
