Regardless of whether you need an update or maintenance work: you can rely on our support. We have a well-established international service infrastructure with numerous service stations, currently in 19 countries. This means that our service technicians can call out to your customers even faster and assist you in peak times with service on-site, so that you can concentrate on your core business - generating new orders and installing PV plants.

Step-by-step guide to arranging a service

Please contact us with any queries you may have using the contact form or call the service line. Please select the type of plant you have. If, for example, the communication product is in a local plant with Sunny Mini Central inverters, contact the Sunny Boy team. If your communication product is integrated into a Sunny Central plant, select the Sunny Central team. Our employees will carry out an initial analysis of the problem and provide you with assistance and information if possible. The more information you can provide, the better.

If a service is needed or requested, we will organize a date with you directly. Our service technician will call you on this date to arrange an exact time for the service.

When the technician arrives at your premises or at those of your customer, he will discuss the diagnostics and the work needed. He will then carry out the necessary work and subsequently explain the work steps involved. You can then review our service using a feedback card or online using our feedback form.
